ADDRESS-IN-REPLY DEBATE CONCLUDED (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 14. The Address-in-Reply debate was concluded in the Legislative Council today. The Hon. T. Bloodworth (Auckland) said he was in favour of all parties having a say in the war effort right from the start and commented that some of the suggestions made were feeble. The Hon. W. Perry (Wellington) suggested giving the excess butter production to Britain. The Hon. E. R. Davis (Auckland) suggested increasing the production of bacon by transferring part of the butterfat payments to bacon, and the Hon. D. Wilson (Wellington) said the suggestions put forward would be sent to the right quarters. The council adjourned until next Thursday.
