MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOT There was a good standard of shooting at the weekly shoot of the Pukerau Miniature Rifle Club. The possible scored by L. J. Millar was the first of the season. The shoot was the first of a two-night opening competition held as a preliminary to the season’s shooting. The scores were.—L. J. Millar 80-1-80, F. Norton 78-179, H. Redman 78179, S. Visitors scores were. —N. Brehaut 75, G. Haggart 58, K. Scott 40. Button winners.—champion, L. J. Millar. Handicap, J. Murray. At the supper interval matters concerning the incoming season were discussed. It was decided to hold the annual meeting on May 1.
