BARONET SENT TO PRISON
LONDON, April 26.
Sir Curtis George Lampson was sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment at the Old Bailey for inciting a young man to offer an inducement to obtain a commission in the army. A business man, Isaac Belson, pleaded guilty to a similar charge and was sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment.
Sir Curtis Lampson served in the Great War from 1914 to 1918. He is 50 years of age and is the third baronet
