GOVERNOR ILL.— Because of the illness of the Governor of Malta, General Sir Charles Bonham-Carter, Major-General W. G. S. Dobbie has been appointed to command the troops in Malta and, on his arrival there, to assume the office of acting Governor. (Rugby.)
