Exercises For The Early Morning
To strengthen the leg muscles place heels together, toes turned out. Bend arms and lift them up to elbow height. Look at a fixed spot and stretch the whole body. Stretch the right leg out behind and raise it as high as possible without bending it or bending the body forwards. Keep the left leg stretched. Return to original position. Repeat this exercise eight times with each leg. Then increase the speed until you are really swinging your leg. To strength the body muscles hold body upright, arms hangin gloosely at the sides, knees stretched. Begin with the head and shoulders and swing the trunk backwards and forwards, lower
and lower until the knees bend. Keep both feet'firmly on the ground. Swing more slowly. Breathe regularly. Repeat the exercise six times.
