RUSSIAN WARNING TO ALLIES
(Received February 21, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, February 21. The Moscow Radio warned England and France that they were playing a dangerous game in trying to fight Russia who could oppose her whole might to them. The capitalist countries were mistaken in helping Finland in order to secure a point from which Russia could immediately be attacked. Russia was not the same as in 1920.
