All the Stud Sheep have been inspected by the Romney Marsh Association’s inspector and passed for transfer. The decision of the Trustees in the estate of the late Sir W. D. Hunt to sell, without reserve, the “Waitoru” Romney Stud affords breeders an opportunity to secure some of the most attractively bred sheep in the Dominion as well as sheep renowned for their heads, deep, low-set bodies, heavy bone, sound feet, strong constitutions and dense heavy fleeces of true Romney wool. As to their breeding, they will stand comparison with the best in the country, and can be classed as practically pure “Waiorongomai” blood. Farmers should not miss this opportunity of purchasing their requirements of flock Romney rams from this flock which have proved so successful for many years.
