VESSELS DUE AT BLUFF WAIMARINO, to leave Wellington last night for Bluff, via Lyttelton and Dunedin; due on Thursday and sails the same day for Dunedin. WAIANA, to leave Auckland on Friday for Bluff, via Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin; due at Bluff on February 29, and sails the same day for Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellington and Auckland. RAIN AT THE PORT Heavy rain early last evening prevented the Wainui and the Poolta from completing their loading and they will now sail for Dunedin today. OTHER PORTS WELLINGTON, February 19. Arrived: Holmlea 7 a.m. from Greymouth, Paua 4.15 p.m. from Wanganui. Sailed: Waimarino 5.15 p.m. for Lyttelton, Breeze 6.5 p.m. for Wanganui, Port Whangarei 6.25 p.m., and Storm 6.20 p.m. for Dunedin. LYTTELTON, February 19.
