CHRISTCHURCH MAN SENT TO BORSTAL (United Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, December 19. “Yours is a serious case because from your past offences and from this group it does look as though you have set out to prey on the community,” said Mr Justice Northcroft to James Mervyn Philp in the Supreme Court this morning.
