BENES TO BE TRIED IN ABSENCE
(Received December 3, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, December 2. The German radio announced that Dr Eduard Bones, former President of Czechoslovakia, will be tried in his absence in the Prague Court on a charge of fraudulent enrichment and appropriation with foreign Jewish capitalists.
