MARKET FAIRLY ACTIVE ON INVERCARGILL EXCHANGE

The market was fairly active on the Invercargill Stock Exchange yesterday, with a strong demand for good New Zealand industrials and local body debentures. Sales of Milburn Lime and Cement at £l/18/6, New Zealand Refrigerating at 19/-, (cont.) 9/-, and South British Insurance at £2/7/6, were reported. Quotations were as follows: - -
