MAGISTRATE’S COURT
TUESDAY (Before Mr R. C. Abernethy, S.M.) Herbert Wright Wellock, a farmer, of Wrights Bush, proceeded against John McFetrich and Alexander MeFetrich, farmers, of Kauana, claiming £22/14/- for damages to his motorcar received in a collision with the defendant’s car, allegedly caused by negligence' on the part of the defendant. The claim arose out of an accident on March 28 on the main highway between Invercargill, and Ryal Bush. Mr Eustace Russell appeared for the plaintiff and the defendants were represented by Mr H. K. Carswell. After hearing the evidence the Magistrate gave judgment for plaintiff for the £9/15/6.
