CITY GUARDS CLUB The City Guards Miniature Rifle Club held its weekly shoot on Monday night. A friendly match was held between the Police Club and the Guards, and resulted in a win for the Guards. Results are:— Police.—B. Broomfield 80, J. Brydon 80, L. Woodsford 80, G. Ogilvey 78, A. Christensen 76, T. Crawford 69, P. McGrail 70, C. Brown 68, M. Woodsford 62, J. Davis 58. Total, 721. The final shoots of the season for the B aqd C grade championships will be fired next Monday night. MOSSBURN CLUB The final night’s shooting of tire Mossburn Miniature Rifle Club for the 1939 season produced some very close finishes in the various competitions. Top score for the night went to J. E. Healy 80.7, and K. Gallagher, T. J. Hillas, E. P. Healy and T. Healey, all with 78.5, tied for the B grade. Mrs Mcßride (77.3) had the best score in the women’s A grade and Mrs
