INCREASE OF 21,000,000 IN POPULATION RESULT OF INCORPORATION OF NEW TERRITORIES (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright) LONDON, June 18. A census shows that including Memel and Bohemia and Moravia the population of the Reich is 86,800,000, compared with 65,200,000 when Herr Hitler came to power in 1933, says the Berlin correspondent of The Times. The actual natural increase is 3,330,000, and the remainder is the result of incorporation of new territories. EXPLOSION - IN CAFE IN PRAGUE CZECH FASCISTS BLAMED PRAGUE, June 18. More than 20 persons were injured in an explosion in a Jewish cafe. Seven are in a serious condition. Czech fascists are blamed for the incident. More than 30 witnesses testified at the trial of the German police sergeants, Bulle and Stehr, who were involved in the shooting of a Czech policeman at Nachod a fortnight ago. They were charged with manslaughter and with a breach of public order. The trial has been adjourned until Tuesday.
