' All applications already lodged will be duly considered, but should the circumstances of any applicant have changed, particulars thereof should be furnished to the Corporation. The houses are not for sale and will be let only on a weekly basis, but subject to compliance with the terms of tenancy a tenant will be assured of permanency of possession.
