Neville Mitchell In Form In Dunedin
Three former Southland players who are showing up in the senior games in Dunedin are N. A. Mitchell, N. H. Irwin and L. Naylor. Mitchell and Naylor are playing for Alhambra, which de-
feated the top team in the Dunedin championship, Southern, last Saturday. Mitchell is said to be showing all the dash which marked his play when he was in Invercargill. He apparently recovered from the leg injury which kept him out of the game a few weeks ago. Irwin and Naylor are former Southland country forwards. Irwin played for South Island Universities against
North Island Universities last Saturday and played for New Zealand Universities against Canterbury on Monday. In the latter game two former Southlanders were playing—W. L. Crawford, for Canterbury, and Irwin.
