At the Southland Winter Show the boys of Allison Home had six exhibits —pigs (2), potatoes, chou moelier (2), and kale. They secured first and second prize for pigs, first for potatoes, first and second for chou moellier and first for kale. The success of the boys with their exhibits is evidence of their keenness in farm work and reflects credit on their instructor, Mr H. A. Brumby.
