ALL SAINTS I BEATS BRITANNIA II In an A grade badminton match played at Zealandia hall, All Saints I beat Britannia II by nine games to three. Results, All Saints names first:— Men’s Doubles.—Mitchell and Smith beat Stubbs and Currie, 15-13, 15-8; Boyd and Skelt beat Gimblett and K. Williams, 15-11, 11-15, 15-8; Braithwaite and Dillon beat Wilson and G. Williams 15-7, 15-4. Women’s Doubles—Mrs Clements and Mrs Skelt beat Mrs Blakie and Miss McKenzie, 15-8, 15-9; Mrs Melvin and Miss Basstian lost to Misses Wilson and Fletcher, 11-15, 9-15; Mrs Braithwaite and Mrs Dillon lost to Misses Cournane and Paton, 13-15, 10-15. Mixed Doubles.—Mitchell and Mrs Clements beat Stubbs and Miss Cournane, 15-12, 15-7; Braithwaite and Mrs Braithwaite beat Currie and Miss McKenzie, 15-10, 11-15, 15-6; Smith and Mrs Skelt beat Wilson and Miss Paton, 15-8, 15-7; Boyd and Miss Basstian beat Gimblett and Mrs Blakie, 15-13, 18-17; Skelt and Mrs Melvin beat K.
