PARKERHOUSE ROLLS I cup scalded milk. -J cup boiled water. j teaspoon salt. loz butter. joz (1 teaspoon) yeast. tablespoons (%oz) sugar. ■ II cups (6oz) flour. 1 cup (4oz) flour. Prepare according to sponge method. After second kneading roll out dough to •J inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Make a crease through the middle of each with blunt side of knife. Brush over half with melted butter. Fold and press edges together lightly. Place in greased pan. Cover and leave to Bake at 456 degrees F. for 20 to 30 minutes. Yields 16 rolls inches in . SARAH'
