“Herbert Strang," the author of children’s books, has just retired after 32 years' work, "Strang” is not one man, but two, whose names are George Herbert Ely and Charles James I'Eatvange, says The Evening Standard. For 32 years worked out the plots and Ely wrote the actual text on the basis of these plots. The two men collaborated in more than 40 books and 12 smaller .publications, but neither ever wrote a complete book on his own,
