INQUIRY FOR STOCKS AND BONDS ON INVERCARGILL EXCHANGE

Steady inquiry came for stocks and bonds and prices for all 4 per cent, lines were steady on the Invercargill Stock Exchange vesterday. No improvement was shown in the banking section, the demand being limited to New Zealands at £1 18/3 and Nationals of New Zealand at £2 6/-.
