ALLEGED BREACHES OF GAMING ACT

(United Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 30. Three men were arrested by detectives who made simultaneous raids on three premises this afternoon and they were subsequently charged with breaches of the Gaming Act. One man was arrested in a city hotel, another on premises at Wakefield street and a third in a shop at Wakefield street. Detectives also seized a fruit machine. Three of these machines figured in a case heard in the Magistrate’s Court earlier in the week. The three men arrested were admitted to bail.
