NEW POST OFFICE FOR LOWER HUTT

(United Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 22. The Hon. W. Nash, as member of Parliament for the electorate, has been advised by the Postmaster-General the Hon. F. Jones, that plans have been prepared for a new post office at Lower Hutt costing £54,000 on a site 70ft to High street with a depth of 193 ft 6in. It will be a three-storied building of modem construction to meet the needs of an expanding borough.
