GORE WINS ROSE BOWL

The inter-club croquet competition for the rose bowl resulted in a tie between Gore juniors and Southend juniors. The play-off on Rugby Park lawns last week resulted in a. win for Southend by five games to four. Scores, with Southend names first, are:—
