DUNEDIN SHEEPSKIN SALE
PRICES ON PAR WITH LAST AUCTION (Special to The Times) DUNEDIN, March 22. The fortnightly sheepskin sale was held today when medium-sized catalogues were offered to a full bench of buyers. Competition, was keen and prices were on about a par with the last auction. Following is a range of prices: — Faulty pelts, up to 23d; crossbred half wool, 63d; fine crossbred quarter wool, 53d; fine crossbred full wool, 81d; halfbred three-quarter wool, 8d; fine crossbred hoggets, 7ijd; first fine crossbred dead, 63d; fine crossbred 7d; fine crossbred hoggets dead, 7d; second lambs, 6Jd; crossbred three-quarter wool, up to 7|d; fine crossbred half wool, 7jd; halfbred quarter wool, 6d; halfbred fine wool, BJd; halfbred hoggets, 73d; first halfbred dead, 7Jd; halfbred, 73d; halfbred hoggets dead, 7Jd; fine cross bred quarter wool, up to s£d; crossbred full wool, up to 8d; fine halfbred three-quarter bred wool, 7|d; halfbred half wool, 71 d; crossbred hoggets, 7Jd; first crossbred dead, 6jd; crossbred, 6Jd; crossbred hoggets dead, 63d; first lambs, 7£d.
