Society Receives Diplomas
Through the influence of Mr Eric W, Campbell, who made the application on behalf of the Invercargill Society, four gold medal diplomas have been received by the Invercargill Horticultural Society from the proprietors of the English magazine, Amateur Gardening. The diplomas, which are presented by the proprietors of the magazine to horticultural societies in Britain, are for competition at the Invercargill Society’s annual shows. They will be allocated to the various shows shortly.
