DARING BURGLARY AT STRATFORD

HEAVY SAFE REMOVED FROM STORE (United Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, February 12. A daring burglary occurred at Stratford early on Saturday morning when a safe weighing 200 pounds was taken from a grocery store in the main street. It contained about £3B in cash and documents. It is believed that three men who apparently used a van were involved. The entry was apparently made through the front door.
