PATERSON & SON to sell by Public AUCTION, as above: — THE LEASEHOLD OF “WEST DOME STATION,” MOSSBURN together with Sheep, Horses, etc. AS A GOING CONCERN, as follows: 61,585 ACRES PASTORAL LICENSE, annual rental £4OO, with 22 years to run, TOGETHER WITH 7,500 well-bred, fine Romney Sheep, including 4000 Breeding Ewes. The SITUATION is excellent, the woolshed being 6 miles from Mossburn Township where there is a Railway and Saleyards. BUILDINGS—2 Cottages with good water supply. Shearers’ Quarters and Cookshop. For many years, the surplus has been eagerly competed for in the local saleyards, and for some seasons past the wethers have topped the market.
