Crop Harvesting
Lord Cochrane, of Cults, pioneer of many revolutionary developments in Scottish farming, is harvesting the grain crop on his Fife estate in a novel manner. The crop is cut, without being bound, and is left flat on the ground until gathered by a motorcollector. This machine takes the crop to a portable thresher, which goes from field to field.
