COLOMBIAN MINISTER LEAVES BERLIN
PROTEST AGAINST ARREST DURING POGROMS BERLIN, November 25. The Colombian Minister in Berlin (Senor Jaramilo), accompanied by his Charge d’Affaires, left during the night under his Government’s instructions as a protest against the former’s arrest and because of resentment at official delays preventing Senor Jaramilo from presenting letters of credence.
