New Zealand Apples in Austria
“I was very surprised and pleased when I walked along the market place in Innsbruck, to see New Zealand apples for sale in a number of stalls,” said Mr H. E. Iggo, of Christchurch, who returned recently from a tour of England and the Continent. He said that the apples were in excellent condition and were selling for about 4d or 5d a pound.
