NAVAL MOBILIZATION FORMALLY ENDED
ROYAL PROCLAMATION GAZETTED (Received November 26, 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 25. An epitaph to the precautions taken during the crisis is a Royal Proclamation now formally gazetted ending the naval mobilization. It is pointed out that though 27,000 men of those called up had already reverted to civil life they were regarded, before the Gazette notice, as technically on leave.
