MOTORIST IN COURT
(United Press Association) WAIPUKURAU, November 25. Neil David McGoldrick, aged 21, a grocer’s assistant of Wellington, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court-that at Whenauhou, near Takapau, on October 22, while in a state of intoxication in charge of a motor-vehicle by act of omission he did cause the death of Harold Claude Russell, aged 16J, a grocer’s assistant of Wellington. The adjourned inquest was conducted in conjunction with the Court proceedings. ~ j The hearing was adjourned.
