EXTENSION OF CAFETERIA (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, November 25. “To meet the pressing demands for idditional accommodation at the Wellington railway station, the Cabinet Some time ago agreed to the required improvements being carried out,” said the Minister of Railways (the Hon. D. G. Sullivan) today. “The plans were approved, tenders called for and the lower of the two tenders submitted—that of the Fletcher Construction Company Ltd.— has now been accepted, the contract price being about £60,000. The additions comprise the extension of the present cafeteria, the enlargement of the Jdtchen facilities and improvements to provide for the increased staff which the growth of the business requires.
