FINNISH SHIP ADRIFT
(Received November 25, 6.30 p.m.) PARIS, November 24. The Finnish training ship Suomen Joutsen, with 27 of a crew and 60 cadets, despatched an SOS that she was adrift in the Bay of Biscay. A French warship sped to the scene. The Suomen Joutsen later sent a radio message “All Well,” and that she was proceeding under her own power.
