GOOD FIELDS AT ASHBURTON

TODAY’S PROSPECTS

TRACK EXPECTED TO BE FAST (Special to The Times) CHRISTCHURCH, November 25. The summer fixture of the Ashburton County Racing Club tomorrow promises to be successful in every way. The fields will be reasonably well filled and as . the majority of the horses engaged have had recent racing, there should be some keen contests. Provision has been made to run the Lagmhor Plate in two divisions because of the safety number being exceeded by three, but there is every possibility of sufficient withdrawals to run the race in one division.
