REPORTED RUTHENIAN DEMAND FOR SELF-DETERMINATION BUDAPEST, Noyember 20. It is reported that Czech troops pursuing Ruthenian deserters crossed the Hungarian frontier near Feketepatak. The Hungarian frontier guard opened fire and the Czechs withdrew after several had been killed and wounded.
