CZECH TROOPS CLASH WITH HUNGARIANS
REPORTED RUTHENIAN DEMAND FOR SELF-DETERMINATION BUDAPEST, Noyember 20. It is reported that Czech troops pursuing Ruthenian deserters crossed the Hungarian frontier near Feketepatak. The Hungarian frontier guard opened fire and the Czechs withdrew after several had been killed and wounded. It is reported that 74 Ruthenian towns and villages have sent telegrams to Herr Hitler, Signor Mussolini and the Polish President asking them to give effect to their right of self-determina-< tion.
