On Thursday night, December Ist, “Rope,” the Repertory' Society’s last production for the year begins its three night season at the Victoria Hall. The play was produced in London a few years ago. It enjoyed considerable success and had a long run. It is a curious play, dealing with two neurotic young men who have a theory of murder as a fine art. They strangle a perfectly harm-, less friend purely for the excitement of the thing. They then give a supper party with the body hidden in the room.
