BAKER KILLED IN COLLISION
HEAD INJURIES PROVE FATAL (United Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 28. Fatal head injuries were suffered by a motor-cyclist in a collision with a motor-car at the Park road entrance to the Auckland Domain this afternoon. The victim was Patrick Hilton Hill, a baker, single, aged 21, of Remuera. The fatality occurred as Hill was riding out of the city towards Remuera and collided with a motor-car as it was making a right-hand turn out of Park road into the domain. The car was driven by Arthur Marsden Benton, a service station attendant. Death was believed to have been instantaneous. Hill apparently struck his head on the door handle of the car and suffered severe head injuries.
