“STRONG ORGANIZATION” TO BE CREATED (Received October 28, 6.30 p.m.) WINDHOEK, October 27. Dr Hirskekorn, leader of the German South-West Africa League, who recently returned from Germany, has sent a circular to Germans saying that the league had definitely resolved to create a strong organization, able to protect German interests.
