SIR PHILIP STREET’S WILL (Received October 27, 6.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 26. Probate has been granted in the will of the former Chief Justice, Sir Philip Street, who left an estate of £28,677, the income from which, with the exception of bequests to various institutions, is bequeathed to his widow.
