BRITISH EXCHEQUER RETURNS
(British Official Wireless) (Received October 26, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, October 25. The Exchequer returns show that the total ordinary revenue amounts to £362,538,745 compared with £359,065,169 at the corresponding date last year. Expenditure, less self-balancing items, is £539,814,227 compared with £467,388,211 a year ago.
