TANK WITH SPEED OF RACING CAR
ANTI-AIRCRAFT UNITS IN U.S.A. (Received October 25, 8.50 p.m.) NEW YORK, October 25. An anti-aircraft tank with welded armour has been demonstrated. It is claimed that it travels at 114 miles an hour on concrete roads and at 78 miles an hour over rough country. It is equipped with three machine-guns and an anti-aircraft gun which fires 120 shells a minute.
