PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Queenstown Borough Council proposes to proceed with the construction of works and procure and construct plant for the installation of Drainage and Sewerage in accordance with plans and Specifications prepared by H. G. Repayment of the loan is to be made by a sinking fund, details of which are to be arranged. 4,—lt is not proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the same, or the interest and sinking fund for the first year.
