On a charge of intoxication in charge of a motor-car on a State highway on September 6, Walter Edward Moxley, aged 37, manager, was convicted by Justices of the Peace and fined £lO in the Magistrate’s Court at Gisborne yesterday. His licence was cancelled for six months. The accused pleaded not guilty.—Press Association.
