GENERAL NOTES The Union Steam Ship Company’s motorvessel Waiana arrived at Bluff yesterday from Dunedin, with sugar, motor-cars and general cargo. She is scheduled to sail early this morning for Dunedin. En route from London the New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Remuera left Curacao on Monday. She is due at Wellington on September 28 and will later go to Auckland.

The Union Company's steamer Wainui is expected to reach Bluff on Monday with general cargo from Wellington. She is scheduled to sail the same day for Dunedin.

From Wellington the Union Company's trans-Tasman steamer Waitaki is due at Bluff on Monday to load for Melbourne. It is expected that she will be despatched the same day.

The Port Line steamer Port Hunter Is scheduled to arrive at Bluff on Monday from Timaru to continue Homeward loading. From Bluff she goes to Port Chalmers, Wellington and Auckland to complete. . From New Orleans the Dessau was due at Auckland on Wednesday, and should arrive at Wellington on Monday. Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth are her other ports of call during discharge.
