CHINESE FINED FOR GAMING
(United Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 29. Nine Chinese fruiterers . and one Chinese store keeper were dealt with in the Magistrate’s Court today following a gaming raid. The store keeper, as keeper of the premises, was fined £75 and each of the others £2.
