COPENT GARDEN OPERA HOUSE.—The audience, one of the brilliant spectacles of the London season, at the famous home of opera in London on the evening of May 5. During the singing of her first song in "Der Rosenkavalier," Madame Lotte Lehman was taken ill and broke down. She was hurriedly replaced by another famous singer who happened to be in the audience, and the performance was carried through only 20 minutes behind time. Madame Lehman recovered and sang the part the following week.
