OBITUARY
MR J. P. HOOPER (United Press Association) WANGANUI, May 3. Mr J. P. Hooper, a prominent member of the Labour movement and a candidate for the Wanganui City Council and Harbour Board, aged 48, died suddenly while at work this morning. He leaves a widow and a family of 4 hree boys and three girls.
