EXPROPRIATION URGED BY MEETING OF 20,000 MEN (Received May 2, 8.35 p.m.) HAVANA, May 2. Twenty thousand men met and urged action against foreign interests, similar to the expropriation of the oil-fields by the Mexican Government.
